Refresh!

Refresh Week, Day 1. Started out like any other Monday. Boring, but true:

Banana oatmeal with milk, almonds, raisins, flax seeds, and peanut butter. Side of black cherry tea and side. The herbal tea would normally be coffee or black tea, but no caffeine this week!
I also prepped some food:
Tuna salad with corn, maple horseradish mustard, and sweet pickles.

And fruit salad with pineapple, orange, blueberries, and grapes.

I’m off for a sunny and cold walk with Jack! Monday is off to a good start!
