Rachel’s Cranberry Sauce

This very easy cranberry sauce is a staple at our Thanksgiving table.

Rachel’s Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 bag cranberries
  • 1 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 3/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. dried apricots, cut into strips
  • 1 t. crystalized ginger

Place first four ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the cranberries burst. Add the ginger to taste.  Serve warm or cold.
