Today in Albany we reached a high of about 72 degrees.  Some of you may not be familiar with the Albany weather, but that temperature in October should elicit a response along the lines of, “Holy shmoly!”

Autumn in New York

This morning was such a beautiful fall day in Albany.  I took Jack for a walk and it was so picturesque with the leaves falling and the trees showing off their bright autumn colors.  All I needed to be comfortable was a light sweatshirt so walking the dog was quite enjoyable.

I Heart Albany

Monday evening finds me content and I attribute this to a great weekend. It was full of Capital Region fun.
Saturday morning found us at the Troy Waterfront Farmer’s Market.

Definitely one of the best and biggest in the area. And year-round, which is a beautiful thing in oft-chilly Upstate New York.

My last day in Albany was a surprisingly warm and sunny Friday. I had a to do list a million miles long, though, so I didn’t get to fully appreciate it. I spent the day packing, running errands, and saying goodbye to my family and the Boyfriend.
