I’m not blue this morning, but my breakfast certainly is!
Blueberry oatmeal with peanut butter, wheat germ, cranberries, and almond slivers. Plus green pomegranate tea.

Today was busy, but it flew by! Thank goodness!
I remembered my camera today. Lunch in action:
Greens and mushrooms with leftover tofu and YUMMY peanut sauce as salad dressing. Pretty sure I have to start making this weekly.
Fruit and cottage cheese. Cottage cheese doesn’t photograph well.

I learned an important lesson today: eating healthy does not mean going hungry. I was pleasantly full after each meal today and not once did I eat sugar, bread, or meat.
